Nostalgia A and B Sides

These photos were shot as a series during Covid confinement in our home in Dubai from March-June 2020. They started as an exploration of my own childhood memories from the 1980s and evolved into new worlds that my children directed and occupied, with me as their witness. My own stories and colors influenced the scenes, and specific pallets were chosen to reference the era of my youth. The end result is timeless, and shows a unique own contemporary world through my lens.
